Fayetteville (NWAOnline.com) - It's a different day of the week than in years past, but Arkansas' annual post-Thanksgiving game with LSU is back on CBS.
The Razorbacks and Tigers will kick-off at 2:30 p.m. in their Nov. 27 match-up at Little Rock's War Memorial Stadium. Arkansas is currently ranked No. 13 in the Bowl Championship Series standings, while LSU is No. 5.
Arkansas (8-2, 4-2 SEC) travels to Mississippi State this weekend. LSU (9-1, 5-1) will host Ole Miss.
The Arkansas-LSU game was played the day after Thanksgiving to accommodate CBS' coverage from 1995-2008, but was changed last season in favor of the Iron Bowl game between Alabama and Auburn.
A report over the summer said the Iron Bowl likely wouldn't be renewed for another two-year cycle and the Razorbacks-Tigers game could return to its old time slot in 2011.
LSU won last season's contest 33-30 in overtime. The last five games between the two schools have been decided by five points or less, with two contests needing overtime.
