PEMISCOT COUNTY, MO (KAIT)-  Two men have been arrested in connection with the stealing of copper from a business in northern Pemiscot County.

According to Pemiscot County Sheriff's Department, Bobby Reno of Caruthersville was arrested and later charged with second degree burglary and felony stealing.  Bond for Reno was set at $15,000.

The arrests came after deputies and investigators were called to SRG Global last week where the burglary was reported.  Upon making contact with Reno, large amounts of copper were recovered and it was determined that those were the items taken in the burglary and theft.

Joe Nelson was also arrested in connection with the copper theft and was charged with receiving stolen property.  Nelson's bond was set at $5,000.
