JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) – A Region 8 man is behind bars after leading police on a chase throughout Craighead County Wednesday night.

According to the Jonesboro Police Department, Tommy Hughes led police on a chase after they were responded to a shots fired call at a home on Timms Street.

Police say they were called to the home after Georgia Hughes told police that Tommy Hughes fired a shotgun at her during an argument.
