HopeCircle - Supportative Care for Catastrophic Illness
In the Presence or Absence of a Cure, There is Always HOPE!
HopeCircle Mission Statement: To provide a community of hope, support, and educational programs free of charge for families living with a catastrophic illness.
HopeCircle is a comprehensive supportive care program which expands the compassionate care already being provided in this region.
Programs are designed to meet the needs of anyone diagnosed and LIVING with a catastrophic illness. This includes not only the person who is diagnosed, but also those who love the person and are experiencing the illness along with them. Some of the services provided include:
· Supportive counseling · Family support · Educational programs and resources · HopeCircle Resource Center(to open in approximately 6 months) · Crisis Intervention · Support Groups · Volunteer Program · Programs which support mind, body, heart and spirit through a community of compassion · Complementary therapies which encourage wellbeing and active partnership with traditional medical treatment · Bereavement programs offered in partnership with community churches
