Shelby Anderson signs to play softball for WBC

Mountain Home, AR (WBC) - Shelby Anderson of Mountain Home High School has signed to play softball for the Lady Eagles.

Shelby is a All-State pitcher who has led her teams to three straight conference championships and two state championships.

Anderson joins new commitment Shelby Upshaw as the first players from Mountain Home High School to play college softball.

Shelby is expected to contribute greatly for the Lady Eagles who are coming off of a conference championship season.

Shelby is the daughter of Jim and Deanna Anderson of Mountain Home.

Williams is a four-year, liberal arts college at Walnut Ridge. The Eagles compete in the American Midwest Conference of the NAIA.
