Fayetteville (NWAOnline.com) - Arkansas tight end D.J. Williams and offensive tackle DeMarcus Love will get a double dose of postseason play.
The duo has been tabbed to play in the Senior Bowl on Jan. 29 in Mobile, Ala. The game will be televised on NFL Network.
"It's going to be a fun environment, something that I think will help me with – though I'm not worried about it just yet, but after the bowl game – my potential in the NFL Draft, stock-wise," Williams said. "The best players are going to be down there, so there's no better way to display your talents."
Williams has caught 49 passes for 589 yards and four touchdowns this season and is the NCAA's active leader in receptions and receiving yards by a tight end. The Little Rock native was the recipient of the John Mackey Award last week.
Love, a fifth-year senior, is thought to be a possible first round selection in next spring's NFL Draft. He was named first team all-SEC by league coaches and media earlier this month.
