MOUNTAIN HOME, AR (KAIT) - Tuesday afternoon Baxter County Deputies responded to a 911 call of a suspicious man pushing a 4-wheeler on Highway 5, south of Mountain Home.

When a deputy arrived, he approached the man who then ran away. The deputy chased the suspect for about 100 yards before he was able to arrest him.

Baxter County Deputies say the man was Timothy Clark. Clark allegedly broke into a home in the area and took a wallet and money. Clark then attempted to start the 4-wheeler at the residence, but when it wouldn't start he began pushing it instead.

20 year old Clark of Mountain Home was arrested and charged with felony residential burglary, two felony counts of theft of property, misdemeanor possession of Hydrocodone, fleeing and public intoxication.

Clark was booked in the Baxter County Detention Center on a $50,000 bond pending his arraignment in Baxter County Circuit Court in January.
