Octomom's Calif. home may be sold to porn king

LOS ANGELES (AP) - "Octomom" Nadya Suleman's next landlord could be a porn kingpin.

Amer Haddadin told The Associated Press on Thursday he is considering selling the Southern California home to Vivid Entertainment's co-founder after months of trying to collect $450,000 due on the mortgage.

Haddadin has repeatedly warned Suleman to pay or get out, but he says his plan to evict Suleman and her 14 children on Friday is being delayed while he works out a deal with Vivid's Steve Hirsch.

Suleman has turned down previous offers from Hirsch to appear in porn films. He told the AP this week that he doesn't intend to pressure Suleman into porn by becoming her landlord, but he'd like her to work for Vivid in a different capacity.

A call to Suleman's lawyer, Jeff Czech, was not immediately returned Thursday.
