Region 8 man behind bars for fishy robbery

BATESVILLE, AR (KAIT) - A man is behind bars Friday night after investigators say he did something a little fishy. Cecil Rutledge is accused of stealing $350,000 from the Fred's Fish House in Batesville.

According to the Independence County Sheriff's Department, Rutledge told investigators he needed the money for food and to support a drug habit.

Rutledge has been charged with commercial burglary and theft of property.
