LITTLE ROCK, Ark  --A shootout between two men outside a concrete plant in western Pulaski County left one of them dead and the parking lot littered with bullet casings.

The shoot-out happened just before 10 a.m. yesterday as a man drove into the plant in a Toyota and approached a truck driver who was washing his rig in the parking lot.

Workers at the plant witnessed the shooting, but it was not clear which man fired first.

The man in the Toyota was found dead inside the car.

Sheriff's Department spokesman John Rehrauer says the shooting went back and forth after the truck driver apparently retrieved a weapon from inside his truck. The truck driver was being questioned, but no charges had been filed.

No motive has been revealed, and the relationship of the two men was unknown.
