Fayetteville, AR (NWAOnline.com) - Offensive line coach Chris Klenakis said Tuesday he will remain at Arkansas despite Texas showing interest in him for the same position.
Klenakis said he is happy at the school and enjoys coaching with former college teammate Bobby Petrino, according to a report in the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette.
"My loyalty is to Coach Petrino and the University of Arkansas," Klenakis said. "I've known him for 29 years, since we were at Carroll College in 1982.
"I love the University of Arkansas and Fayetteville, and my family loves it in Fayetteville."
Klenakis just wrapped up his first season with the Razorbacks after serving six seasons as offensive coordinator at Nevada.
