Police searching for alleged credit card thieves

SEARCY, AR (KAIT) – The Searcy Police Department needs your help identifying two women suspected of stealing and using credit cards and checks.

On Tuesday, January 18, a purse was stolen from a vehicle parked in the 300-block of North Main.  According to police, credit cards stolen from the purse have been used at various Searcy businesses including WalMart, Hastings and J.C. Penney.

The two suspects, believed to be African-American women, are also being sought in conjunction with checks stolen from the Batesville area and forged.
