Mooney was taken into custody and a search of his home revealed no signs or evidence that a homicide occurred.

Deputies spoke with neighbors and family members and learned their was a minor domestic dispute at the Mooney home earlier in the day.

His bond was set at $20,000.

Mooney is expected to appear before Judge Byron Luber on Monday, Feb. 7 at 10 a.m.
