Batesville Chamber of Commerce gears up for Expo

BATESVILLE, AR (KAIT) - The second annual Batesville Business Expo hosted by the chamber of commerce geared up for Saturday's events.

Organizers spent the day Friday setting up tables and chairs.

The event will be at UACCB at Independence Hall starting at 5p.m. on Saturday.

More than 300 people attended the expo last year and more are expected this year.

There will be more than 60 booths set up, showcasing various businesses in Region 8.

"There will be a lot of people out here. It will be a great way to make contacts, hand out your business card and let people know what products and businesses you have to offer," Candace Clark with the Batesville Chamber of Commerce says.

Tickets cost $10.

A raffle will also take place, giving one lucky person the chance to win a thousand dollars in their cash grab machine.
