DENVER (AP) - Gary Redus hit a go-ahead 3-pointer with 1:25 remaining and South Alabama fought back from a 14-point halftime deficit to edge Denver 48-47 Sunday.

The Jaguars (11-14, 5-9 Sun Belt) outscored the Pioneers 15-7 in the final 7:08 to end Denver's 16-game home winning streak against conference opponents.

The result means Arkansas State, Denver, & Louisiana-Lafayette are all tied for the Sun Belt West Division lead at 9-5.
