Police catch man with a large amount of cash and meth

BAY, AR (KAIT)- Police in Bay arrest a man who had 30 grams of meth along with $4,400 in cash.

Edward Rosse of Truman was charged with possession with intent to deliver and fleeing. 

Bay Police Chief David Kelly says that on Wednesday officers received a tip and following that tip, officers went to arrest Rosse.  However, when officers tried to make the arrest Rosse fled officers. 

Rosse's bond will be set on Friday.
