RANDOLPH COUNTY, AR (KAIT) - Two Region 8 men are behind bars facing similar charges.

Timothy Lowry of Ravenden Springs was arrested after probation parole officers contacted the Randolph County Sheriff's Department for a compliance check.

According to the Randolph County Sheriff's Office, deputies arrested him yesterday after finding coffee filters, lithium batteries and plastic tubing at his home.

They also found a notebook with a recipe to cook meth.

Timothy was read his rights and stated he was just trying to learn the chemistry on how to cook meth.

He's charged with possession with intent to manufacture meth and is being held on $50,000 bond.

Morgan Hilton is also behind bars facing similar charges.

Randolph County Sheriff's Deputies had been searching for him since last October.

While investigating a burglary, deputies say they found the components to make meth at his home in Imboden.

Two women were arrested and a bench warrant was issued for Morgan.

Wednesday morning he went before a judge where he was charged with possession with intent to use and to manufacture.

Hilton is being held on a $20,000 bond.
