LYNN, AR (KAIT) -  A man was arrested Saturday, March 19, after Lawrence County deputies say he shoved an elderly person down and broke their hip.

Deputies were called to a home in Lynn about an irate male.  When they arrived the elderly resident, who was not identified by name or gender, said that 27-year-old Brent Anthony Kingcade had pushed them down and broken their hip.

The victim said they were afraid of Kingcade and asked that he be removed.

Deputies arrested Kingcade on charges of criminal trespass, abuse of an adult and battery in the second degree.  He's being held at the Lawrence County Jail on $15,000 bond.  He's scheduled to appear in Circuit Court on April 27.
