Two in Cross County busted with meth

CROSS COUNTY, AR (KAIT) – Two Wynne natives are behind bars facing meth and resisting arrest charges.

According to the Cross County Sheriff's Department, James Walter Hinchey and Renee Boone Hinchey both of Wynne, were arrested Wednesday on meth charges.

Police have charges Renee Hinchey with possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture meth and criminal attempt to manufacture meth. Her bond was set at $5,000.

James Hinchey is charged with possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture meth, criminal attempt to manufacture meth, possession of counterfeit substance (ice), criminal trespassing and resisting arrest. His bond was set at $250,000.
