Almost 29,000 pacifiers being recalled

WASHINGTON, DC (KAIT) – The Consumer Product Safety Commission is recalling about 29,000 pacifiers because they could pose a choking hazard.

According to the CPSC, Key Baby LLC is recalling the Stage 1 pacifiers because they fail to meet federal safety standards and pose a choking hazard to children.

The pacifier comes in yellow, pink, or blue colors and is made of silicone. No injuries have been reported with the recall.

The CPSC is asking parents to stop using these pacifiers immediately and contact Key Baby for instruction on returning the product for a full refund.
