Two Forrest City people accused of attempted murder

FORREST CITY, AR (KAIT) - Two Forrest City men have been charged with attempted first-degree murder after Forrest City Police say they opened fire on a woman.

According to the investigators, Jamil Scott and Jeremy Buchanan got into a fight with the victim at a local gas station.

The woman did manage to get away but officers say Scott and Buchanan pulled up and shot at her, then drove off.

Tonight, both are free on bond.
