ADEM releases storm damage report for state

LITTLE ROCK, AR (KAIT) – The Arkansas Department of Emergency Management (ADEM), the state's homeland security and preparedness agency, has released a storm damage report due to the severe weather Tuesday night.

According to ADEM,  one mini storage building on Hwy 1 was damaged in Craighead County, an unknown number of homes were damaged in Crittenden County, the Greene County Tech School sustained roof damage, one business was damaged and a tree fell onto a carport damaging two vehicles in Independence County, and two businesses and one home were damaged in Mississippi County.

ADEM also reported the following damages in Arkansas: a home and a business was damaged in Pulaksi County, one home was damaged in Garland County, and roof damage was dealt to Blue Mountain City City Hall in Logan County.

The report showed power outages and trees down throughout the counties of Craighead, Crittenden, Garland, Greene, Hot Spring, Independence, Jefferson, Johnson, Logan, Lonoke, Mississippi, Pulaksi, Pope, and White.
