Arkansas lineman says he's leaving Razorbacks

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas offensive lineman Seth Oxner says he'is leaving the Razorbacks' football program.

Oxner says in a statement released by the school Wednesday that he has graduated from the University of Arkansas, but he won't return next season.

The redshirt senior started every game at center during the 2009 season but was beaten out by Travis Swanson last season and served as a backup. He was listed as the backup center and co-first team guard on the Razorbacks' depth chart that was released before spring practice.

Because he has graduated, Oxner could play immediately at another school if enrolled elsewhere.

Oxner is the seventh player to leave Arkansas in the past week. Five former players were granted releases from their scholarships, and ex-offensive lineman Colby Berna's career ended due to injury.
