Army Reservist dies during Plane Flight

An Army reservist originally from Little Rock died during a plane flight leaving Afghanistan for Turkey.

The exact cause of his death is unknown.

Lieutenant Colonel Paul Kimbrough was 44 years old.

He lived in Washington DC where he worked in the inspector general's office of the Department of Transportation.

Kimbrough was involved in politics as an aide to former Congressman Ray Thornton.

In 1996 he ran for the democratic nomination for the state house of representatives, but lost in the primary.
