Antiques Roadshow in Arkansas

CONWAY, AR --Antiques Roadshow plans to air episodes shot in Hot Springs starting late this month.

The popular PBS series which features experts discussing the history and value of regular people's possessions will broadcast the Hot Springs episodes on October 27th, November third and November 10th.

Antiques Roadshow visited the Hot Springs Convention Center last year. Among the eclectic list of items that were examined were a collection of Beatles memorabilia, a Japanese cast-bronze elephant sculpture and a collection of signed Ansel Adams photographs.

Also, one person brought in what turned out to be a newly-discovered painting by renowned artist Jasper Cropsey that was valued at $150,000.
