Man extradited to Baxter County to face theft charges

BAXTER COUNTY, AR (KAIT)- A Beebe man has been sent to Baxter County from Stone County to face felony theft charges.

According to the Baxter County Sheriff's Office, Terry Lynn Webb, 32, was arrested by Stone County officials June 1st on Baxter County warrants.

Webb is accused of stealing two four-wheelers and a utility trailer from Big Flat, Arkansas in November 2010.  Webb has been charged with two counts of felony theft of property.  Bond for Webb is set at $25,000.  He will appear in court on June 23rd.

The Baxter County Sheriff says Ferrell Whaley, 31, of Jonesboro will also face the same charges in this case.  Whaley is being held in White County awaiting extradition to Baxter County.

The four-wheelers and trailer were recovered and returned to the victims.
