FORREST CITY, AR - A year and six days after his father died in a stabbing, a Forrest City teenager suffered a fatal stabbing outside a local club.

18-year-old Louis Dinwiddie III died in a hospital at Memphis, Tennessee three days after he was stabbed outside Billy Ray's Place.

Police said Dinwiddie told them he was stabbed the night of October 9 during an incident that occured after he left the club.  Dinwiddie was stabbed with a screwdriver in the upper left chest area.

Dinwiddie told police he went home because he did not think the injury was serious.  He sought treatment Friday and died on Sunday.

On October 3, 2002, Dinwiddie's father, Louis Dinwiddie, Jr. was killed during a fight at the home he shared with his brother, Walter Dinwiddie in an argument about women and food.
