Girls’ dresses being recalled

WASHINGTON, DC (KAIT) – The Consumer Product Safety Commission is recalling Emma's Garden Polka-Dot dresses by TJX because of choking hazards.

According to the CPSC, Emma's Garden Polka-Dot dresses are being recalled because a decorative button on the front of the dresses can detach and pose a choking hazard.

No injuries or incidents have been reported with this recall.

The dresses were sold in T.J. Maxx and Marshalls stores between February-May 2011.

Consumers should immediately take the dresses away and return them to the store of purchase for a full refund.
