Supreme Court to rule on violent video games

WASHINGTON D.C. (KAIT) - On Monday the U.S. Supreme Court will rule if it's unconstitutional to ban the sale or rental of ultraviolent video games to children.

All this after California is wanting to ban the sale or rental of violent games to anyone under 18.

In a related decision back in November, the Justices seemed closely split with some arguing that parents need help protecting children from violent games   But other justices seemed reluctant to carve out a new exception to the First Amendment to cover violence in games.
