UNDATED --Democrat Wesley Clark is blaming President Bush for the intelligence failures that contributed to the September eleventh terror attacks.
The retired Army general says the administration can't ``walk away from its responsibility for nine-eleven.'' Clark says Bush cannot blame lower level intelligence officers.
Clark is calling on Bush to release the details of an intelligence briefing he received from C-I-A Director George Tenet in August 2001.
Clark, a Little Rock resident, yesterday delivered his sharpest critique yet of Bush's foreign policy.
He says Bush has manipulated facts, stifled dissent, retaliated against detractors, shown disdain for allies and started the war in Iraq without just cause.
