Groundbreaking Monday for New SeMo Federal Courthouse

CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO - Senator Kit Bond and Congresswoman Jo Ann Emerson will be among the guests Monday when ground is broken for the new federal courthouse in Cape Girardeau.

The groundbreaking is scheduled for 10 a.m.

Emerson says construction of the courthouse signals the "commitment to upholding the law as well as our reinvestment in the institutions that make southern Missouri great."
