Could welfare become limited?

LANSING, MI (KAIT) - A recent bill that has passed in the Michigan state senate would limit families to only four years on welfare.

If the bill becomes law, it would force over 12-thousand families off welfare but could save the state almost 77 million dollars.

The house and senate versions of the bill have to be reconciled before going to the governor.
