The pair started dating last summer, shortly after the motorcycle builder's cheating scandal that led to his divorce from Sandra Bullock. Ironically, James moved to Austin from L.A. so his kids from his previous relationships could be closer to Bullock and he to her son, Louis.

James and Von D got engaged in January and were planning a summer wedding around their one-year anniversary.
