Exit signs being recalled due to malfunction

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) – The Consumer Product Safety Commission is recalling almost 500 Emergency Exit signs, due to a malfunction that could keep them from illuminating.

According to the CPSC, LHQM LED Exit signs with Emergency Lights could malfunction and fail to light up in the event of a power outage.

The CPSC has received 10 reports of the signs malfunctioning during testing after installation. No injuries were reported.
