Forrest City man arrested in connection with Sept. 2010 death

FORREST CITY, AR (KAIT) - A Region 8 man has been arrested in connection with the September 25, 2010 death of Roosevelt Willis and injury to Granada Lay.

Forrest City Police tell Region 8 News 24-year-old Anthony Antwan Millbrooks was arrested around 4 p.m. Thursday. Millbrooks has been charged with First Degree Murder, Criminal Attempt First Degree Murder, Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm from a Vehicle and Engaging in Violent Criminal Group Activity.

Two other suspects are still wanted in this case. Arrest warrants have been issued for 21-year-old Jerry Millbrooks, Jr. and 30-year-old Clayton Douglas Johnson, both of Forrest City.

Anyone with information concerning this case or the whereabouts of these suspects is asked to contact FCPD Detective Sergeant Travis Hill at (870) 633-3434. You can also leave an anonymous tip with CrimeStoppers at (870) 261-1499. Crimestoppers will pay a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of these suspects.

Millbrooks is currently in the St. Francis County Jail. His bond has been set at $500,000.
