Second suspect arrested in 2010 homicide

FORREST CITY, AR (KAIT) - A second person has turned himself into police in connection with the September 2010 homicide of Roosevelt Willis and injuring Granada Lay.

Jerry Millbrooks, Jr. turned himself in to Forrest City Police on Monday.

Anthony Millbrooks, who has already been arrested, and Clayton Johnson are also accused of killing Willis and injuring Lay.

Millbrooks, Jr. faces several charges including 1st degree murder and criminal attempt 1st degree murder.

His bond was set at $500,000.

Police are still looking for Clayton Johnson and if you have any information on his whereabouts contact the Forrest City Police Department at (870) 633-3434.
