WASHINGTON, D.C. (KAIT) – The Consumer Product Safety Commission is recalling over 3,000 wooden rattles due to a choking hazard.
According to the CPSC, the Manhattan Group LLC is recalling over 3,000 Twirlla wooden rattles because the U-shaped parts can break and pose a choking hazard.
No injuries or incidents have been reported to the CPSC.
Consumers are asked to take the rattles away from children immediately and return them to the store where they purchased to receive a full refund.
