WHITE COUNTY, AR (KAIT) – White County Deputies said they found a White County man beaten and held against his will.

According to police, 21-year-old Jonathan Talley was beaten by 49-year-old Jerry "JC" Berry and 24 year-old Daniel Dezubiria and then forced into a vehicle against his will.

Investigators say police were initially called to a home on Bartell Road in Plainview reporting two white males assaulting another man. Police said they were later able to find all three men at an abandoned rock quarry just south of Pleasant Plains in White County.

According to White County Corporal Steve Hernandez, deputies arrested Berry and Dezubiria; Talley was taken to the White County Medical Center for treatment of injuries. The extent of Talley's injuries was not released at the time of the report, but he is expected to recover.

Berry and Dezubiria are both charged with second degree battery and false imprisonment and are expected in court on Nov 1. They are currently being held at the White County Detention Center in lieu of $50,000 bond each.
