Johnson is charged with first degree murder, first degree criminal attempted murder, engaging in criminal group activity, and unlawful discharge of a firearm.

"I'm glad to see that a murder suspect has made it back in our jurisdiction to face the murder charges in connection with this case," says Forrest City Police Chief E. P. Reynolds. "I'm sure that the family of Mr. Willis is glad to see the progress our investigation division has made on their case.  The police department is still actively investigating his case, so this case is not over."
