JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - Families who have lost babies came together Saturday to remember the lost and provide for the future.
The third annual ShareHope Walk of Remembrance and Hope took place Saturday morning and featured music, testimonials, and a balloon release following the calling of names of infants lost during pregnancy, or shortly after their birth.
Robbie Johnson is the Director of Development at NEA Baptist and has a personal connection to the event. Johnson lost his own baby 13-years-ago and said he remembers everyday, "We come out as a family and this is an opportunity for us to remember Abby," said Johnson, "We honor the memory of our children."
ShareHope is one of five support groups provided by the NEA Charitable Foundation.
