BAGHDAD, IRAQ - The U.S. military says Saddam Hussein's capture is yielding some key information.
A U.S. general says the arrest has provided intelligence that allowed U.S. soldiers to capture several other troop regime figures and uncover insurgent cells in the Iraqi capital.
The intelligence that led the military to the other regime figures came from Saddam's initial interrogation, and a briefcase of documents Saddam carried with him at the time of his arrest.
Brigadier General Mark Hertling says officials believe Saddam still played some role in leading the anti-American insurgency in Iraq.
