LITTLE ROCK, AR - Holiday shoppers in Arkansas are hitting the malls and retail stores for some last-minute shopping on this Christmas Eve.
Retailers say they are having a respectable year, but analysts say the lack of must-have items is putting a damper on some holiday sales.
Bentonville-based Wal-Mart says it expects sales at stores open at least a year to come in at the low end of its projected three percent to five percent increase. Wal-Mart says it will release weekly sales figures on Friday, earlier than its usual Monday release.
