PARAGOULD, AR (KAIT) – Paragould residents got an early start on their holiday shopping Saturday. Nearly 60 vendors set up booths inside the Paragould Community Center for the 35th Annual Harvest Craft Show.
Event coordinator Kimberly Baldridge said this is the biggest year yet, adding the event allows vendors to stip up some business before the holiday season officially starts.
"It's a good opportunity for them to get out in the community and show the people what they make," Baldridge said. "We just charge them a minimal fee to set up their booth, and that way they can get their products out to the public."
The craft show wrapped up around four Saturday afternoon. People could sample or shop for a variety of items, including Christmas decorations, clothing and even organic dog treats.
