Two men arrested on Crack Cocaine charges

FORREST CITY, AR (KAIT) – The Forrest City Police Department Street Crimes Unit has arrested to men on drug related charges dealing crack cocaine.

According to FCPDSC, Jimmy Smith, 67, and Markie Maurice Randle, 35, both of Forrest City were arrested on numerous drug charges.

Smith  is charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernailia.

Randle is charged with on possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver near drug free area and resisting arrest.

Chief E. P. Reynolds says he would like to thank officers Ivey and Sparkmon, as well as all the officers of the Forrest City Police Dept., for their hard work and dedication in making Forrest City a safer community. 

Anyone with information on drug activity in Forrest City is asked to contact the Forrest City Police Department at (870) 633-3434 or the Forrest City Crime Stoppers at (870) 261-1499.  All calls to the crime stoppers number are anonymous.
