FORREST CITY, AR (KAIT)- A Phillips County man has been extradited from Tennessee to face charges in Forrest City.
According to the Forrest City Police Department, Justin Lee from Helena was brought to St. Francis County from Memphis, TN on November 7th. Lee will face two counts of aggravated robbery, engaging in violent criminal group activity, and carrying a prohibited weapon charges.
Lee was arrested in connection with an aggravated robbery that happened on January 29th at the Splash Car Wash located at 1911 North Washington Street in Forrest City. Police say three victims went to the car wash and were approached by three suspects with guns. Then, according to police, the suspects used the guns to rob the victims of their personal belongings. No one was hurt in the robbery.
Forrest City Police say one suspect, Jamon Harrison of Helena, was arrested a short time after the incident. Another suspect, Tevin Randle also of Helena, was arrested on February 12th.
Lee's bond was set at $150,000. He is scheduled for arraignment on Wednesday, November 9th.
