Man attacked in own home after walking in during home invasion

TRUMANN, AR( KAIT) – According to Trumann Police Chief Tony Rusher, a local man was attacked in his own home on 401 Oakland St. by 4 male subjects.

Chief Rusher says Eichi Moore was taken to a hospital in Jonesboro for injuries he received after being attacked in his home after walking in on a home invasion. The incident happened around 12:30 a.m. Nov. 18.

Investigators say a handgun was involved and at least one gunshot was fired during the scuffled, but no one was shot.

Within hours of investigation, one suspect was taken into custody. Police say Adrian Valentine is held in lieu of $100,00 cash or surety bond. At the time of the report, police were still looking for Tyrell Ford, Jr., Leslie Armstrong, and John Balentine IV.

All four suspects face aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, second degree battery, and aggravated assault.
