LITTLE ROCK, AR--A two-page advertisement in 440-thousand new S-B-C Communications phone books distributed in Arkansas offers tips on how to prepare for a terror attack.
The list includes how to make an emergency supply kit, how to devise a plan for family members to get in touch after an attack and how to use duct tape and garbage bags to shield against toxic chemicals.
The Department of Homeland Security's Ready Campaign sponsored the ad, which is part of a larger campaign that includes television, radio, brochures and billboards.
Distribution of the phone books started last week and should be complete by mid-February. The ad will eventually appear in all 28 Arkansas directories.
