LITTLE ROCK, AR - Arkansas Attorney General Mike Beebe says Arkansas is doing something no other state is doing, it's taking money from other programs and giving it to education to avoid school budget cuts.

Beebe told a gathering of school administrators yesterday that they won't face cuts because of the creative budgeting.  But some school officials said they were skeptical that they won't face cuts in the future.

Springdale Schools' Deputy Superintendent Hartzell Jones warned Beebe that, "You still can't legislate what will happen with the economy."
