SALEM, AR (KAIT)- A Salem School District school bus carrying five children was involved in an accident Wednesday before 4pm.
According to the crash report from Arkansas State Police, the accident happened as school bus driver Daisy Howard was attempting to turn left from State Highway 395 onto Red Bud Road, 8 miles north of Salem.
An officer stated the bus driver was unable to see the on-coming vehicle due to the crest of a hill on the highway. The bus then pulled into the path on the second vehicle.
No one was injured in the accident, according to Arkansas State Police.
