LITTLE ROCK, AR - The state Alcoholic Beverage Commission has allowed Magic Springs amusement park in Hot Springs to sell beer and wine.
The park received unanimous support from the commission in its appeal of last month's decision to deny it a license because of resident opposition.
The group "Mothers Against Drunk Driving" argued to keep the amusement park from serving alcohol, and the group filed objections with the state.
Several years ago, the park applied but withdrew its plan because of objections raised.
